Ryan Brandbury

Ryan joined the practice in March 2025 as our Reception Team Manager, helping to keep everything running smoothly at the front desk. He especially enjoys welcoming the dogs who visit (with a soft spot for Staffys), handing out treats, and chatting with our lovely clients.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys travelling, caring for his collection of houseplants and watching as many Chelsea matches as possible!

Alex Just

Alex graduated from Bristol University in 2003 and after a short spell in mixed practice has worked as a small animal vet ever since. She enjoys all aspects of first opinion work and loves working alongside reception staff, nurses and fellow vets to provide caring and compassionate veterinary care.

She is married to Chris, one of the farm vets at the practice, and they have two teenage daughters who keep them busy. When not at work she enjoys spending time walking their very energetic dog Pip.

Charlotte

Before joining the team in 2024, Charlotte previously worked for a local rehoming centre, where she enjoyed fostering and hand-rearing kittens and puppies. She currently works within the Admin team here at St Boniface and loves meeting clients and their pets and is thrilled to still be getting her puppy and kitten fix! Outside of work, she spends her time on her husband’s farm with her toddler, juggling farm life and family. When she gets a moment to slow down, she enjoys taking quiet walks in the countryside with her elderly Jack Russell, Gin.

Angela

Angela joined the team in October 2023 working in the support team as Human Resources Advisor and making it her duty to cuddle every passing animal. Outside of work if not taming her young feral 5 & 6 year olds whilst hanging upside down from a tree, you'll find her riding her bike across the continent or building furniture.

Kathryn Torrens

Kathryn is a Veterinary Physiotherapist who joined us at the beginning of 2023 from Scotland. She works in the purpose built rehabilitation unit which opened in April 2023!

You may find Kathryn in the physiotherapy suite using laser therapy and manual techniques or even in her waders in our underwater treadmill. Kathryn is very passionate about all cases and has a particular interest in treating young dogs with developmental conditions as well as working and competition dogs.
