Meet the Team - Administrative Staff


Practice Manager

Tina joined the practice in 2002 as a book-keeper.  She became Practice Manager in 2008 and successfully completed a Veterinary Practice Administration Certificate in March 2010.  Amongst her many tasks she is responsible for accounts and the day to day running of the practice. 

Tina is married and has two children who keep her busy outside of work with their badminton activities.

She has a Border Collie called Scamp and a cat called Mitsy, and her hobbies include reading, card making and crocheting.


Head Receptionist

Nicole joined the practice back in 2015 and has been a familiar face on reception ever since! She is responsible now for managing the Administration team as well as ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience when visiting St Boniface. She loves meeting all the different pets that come in to the practice, but has a particular favourite then it comes to the larger breed of dog.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends.


Veterinary Administrator

Julie joined St Boniface Vets in 2000 as a Receptionist. She now works in the ‘Farm’ office as an administrator and is the primary contact for TB related matters, such as arranging tests. 

In her spare time, Julie enjoys gardening, listening to music, reading and walking her Jack Russell Flynne.


Veterinary Administrator

Donna joined the practice in October 2010, back when we were in Mill Street. She loves being on reception seeing clients and their pets! She has recently taken a Pet Bereavement course to be able to support our client’s after the loss of a pet. She also has an interest in cat behaviour.

Donna has a cat called Millie who came from Cats Protection. She is a timid tabby, but with lots of time and effort over the years she has really come out of her shell! 

Donna works 3 days a week on reception, in her spare time she goes for lots of walks and trips to the park with her little boy Freddie, who was born in February 2018. Donna is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to daughter Poppy-Rose in December 2020. 


Veterinary Administrator

Leah joined St Boniface Vets in April 2015 as part of our admin team.  Leah enjoys meeting all pets large and small. 
During her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs; Ruby is an accident prone Rottweiler and Millie, a lively Pug X French bulldog. Leah also enjoys socialising with friends and turning her hand at baking scrummy cupcakes. 


Veterinary Administrator

Sarah joined us in July 2014 and has a wealth of experience within the reception role.

She keeps fit by taking her dog Taz, a Jack Russell, on regular walks.  Her two little boys also keep her on her toes.



Veterinary Administrator

Jo joined the practice in October 2017 to work part time on reception. She has a real passion for meeting and working with animals, and particularly loves dogs. She has a happy-go-lucky black Labrador called Harry.
Jo spends the rest of her week designing wedding and events stationery and making crafts to sell online. She also loves to go skiing and taking other exciting holidays. Jo is currently off on maternity leave after having her first child, Annie, in Februray 2020.


Veterinary Administrator

Naomi joined the admin team at St Boniface Vets in October 2018.

She completed a Foundation Degree in Equine Science at Bicton College in 2010 and then moved to Cheshire. There she worked at a riding school where she gained her riding instructor qualification, broke in and backed 3 young horses - who were all brother and sisters and was a Ride Leader taking out clients and their horses onto the vast Marbury Country Park.

In her spare time Naomi enjoys spending time with friends and family, training her young horse, Timothy and discovering new and exciting walks with her dog Max, the happiest Boxer dog in the world!


Veterinary Administrator

Nycki joined the St Boniface team in August 2019.

Previously, Nycki worked on a farm teaching children about agriculture and where food comes from.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her daughter Tabby and tending to her many pets. These include, a cat, four dogs and four horses. She enjoys working her dogs on local shoots, competing her horses and socialising with family and friends.


Veterinary Administrator

Steph joined St Boniface Vets in September 2020, as part of the Admin team. 
Since graduating in 2017 from Plymouth University with a First in Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management, Steph has gained a wealth of experience in Administration, and has always enjoyed working closely with clients.
As she has always had a passion for dogs from a young age, Steph has organised many Pet related events, including Workshops, Puppy Training and even a Guinness World Record Attempt.
Rosie, her Cockerpoo is full of beans and keeps her busy in her spare time, they enjoy trips to the beach and long muddy walks together. 
She enjoys seeing all of our clients and their pets at the practice, and is always keen to sneak in a puppy cuddle or two!
When she's not at work or spending time with Rosie, Steph enjoys baking, gardening and reading. 


Veterinary Administrator

Sadie joined St Boniface vets in December 2019 and works part time in the farm admin department.  She grew up on an Exmoor beef and sheep farm, and has worked in mixed veterinary practices in Devon since leaving school. Sadie qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2010, but nursing has taken a back seat since having children. 

Outside of work, Sadie and her husband have recently ventured into dairy farming, so she is kept very busy with mischievous Jersey cows on top of two young children.


Accounts Clerk

Laura joined in January 2018 as an Accounts Clerk.  She relocated to Devon from London in 2005 and has two children, who keep her very busy! She also has a Cockapoo called Ruby, who also keeps everyone very busy!  They enjoy long walks on Dartmoor, and Laura also enjoys reading, baking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.  


Vet Tech

Rachel joined the St Boniface farm team in November 2018.

As the Vet Tech, Rachel assists the admin team in the office, booking in farm appointments, and provides assistance for farmers with some of the extra jobs which require a bit more time, something that is usually in short supply on busy modern farms.

She owns a Spaniel called Luna, enjoys playing rugby on weekends and lives on a diary farm so helps out her dad out when she can.
