Angela

Angela joined the team in October 2023 working in the support team as Human Resources Advisor and making it her duty to cuddle every passing animal. Outside of work if not taming her young feral 5 & 6 year olds whilst hanging upside down from a tree, you'll find her riding her bike across the continent or building furniture.

Kathryn Torrens

Kathryn is a Veterinary Physiotherapist who joined us at the beginning of 2023 from Scotland. She works in the purpose built rehabilitation unit which opened in April 2023!

You may find Kathryn in the physiotherapy suite using laser therapy and manual techniques or even in her waders in our underwater treadmill. Kathryn is very passionate about all cases and has a particular interest in treating young dogs with developmental conditions as well as working and competition dogs.

Carly Cook

Carly has been at St Boniface since 2022 and is purely a small animal vet, although she started as a mixed vet, and has her own flock of sheep at home to practise on! Carly qualified nearly 16 years ago from Edinburgh Vet School, and has worked mainly in Devon since moving back home to the family farm in 2010.

Carly's interests outside of work include walking, baking and decorating cakes and various farm related shenanigans.

Beth

Beth started with St Boniface in 2021 as our student vet nurse. She loves the inpatient care and giving lots of extra cuddles. Beth has now started her nurse training at Bicton College.

Beth loves all types of animals, having had plenty of experience of looking after all the pets on her families small holding.

Caroline Jones

Caroline qualified as a RVN back in 2000 and has sinced gained her ECC certificate, RCVS advanced diploma and BSc hons in Clinical Veterinary Nursing.   Most recently she has been working as a locum working in a wide range of positions and practices all over the country before heading home to Devon.  She enjoys most of the varied roles which veterinary nursing offers but has a particular interest in Emergency and critical care and Anaesthesia.

Caroline became a member of the night nurse team in February 2024 and is enjoying the different challenges that night work presents.
