Farm

Harm van den Meijdenberg

Harm joined the farm team in February 2025. Born on a dairy farm in the Netherlands, a future involving cattle was inevitable. After graduating from Ghent University in Belgium in 2013, adventure pulled and he came straight to the UK. A long journey from Northern Ireland via Oxfordshire brought him in 2021 to the beautiful southwest. It was COVID and a young child that got him convinced to move closer to his wife’s roots in Cornwall.

Harm enjoys all aspects of farm practice, but has a big interest in infectious disease control, large animal surgery and driving sustainability.

Kirsty

Kirsty joined the practice in January 2024 as our TB Coordinator. She has a close connection to farming with her husband and has a group of beef animals. Her passions outside of work are depicting rural life through her painting and love of animals with animal portraits. In her spare time she loves volunteering with children and youth work in the area and working hard to convert a 300 year old Devon cob barn.

Chiara

Chiara joined St Boniface in April 2024, as Farm Administrator for our Bude branch, Chiara enjoys speaking to clients local to the Bude area and works closely with the rest of the team back in Crediton. She lives locally to Bude, on a dairy farm with her Husband, 3 children, dog, two cats and 3 chickens!

Angela

Angela joined the team in October 2023 working in the support team as Human Resources Advisor and making it her duty to cuddle every passing animal. Outside of work if not taming her young feral 5 & 6 year olds whilst hanging upside down from a tree, you'll find her riding her bike across the continent or building furniture.

Emily Moule

Emily joined the practice as a farm animal vet in January 2023. Emily's first experience at St. Boniface was whilst she was still at school as a work experience student. She stayed in the south west for University graduating from Bristol but then ventured north to Lancashire for her first job as a farm vet.

Holly Burrow

Holly joined the practice in June 2023 and spends most of her time TB testing as well as working alongside the admin team booking in farm appointments and dispensing medications.
She is often found in the lab running different samples for results such as total proteins, calcium levels, and worm egg counts.

In her spare time she enjoy playing rugby for Crediton and working her spaniel, Maggie, throughout the shooting season.

Phil Leighton

Phil joined St Boniface Vets Bude Farm Practice in May 2023, having spent 28 years living and working in the Bude area. At work, Phil enjoys everything to do with cows, especially fertility management and calf health.
