Veterinary Administrator
Do you have a passion for excellent customer service with good communication and organisational skills?
We are a highly professional and caring team who work hard together to provide an outstanding service to our clients.
Due to our ever growing client base, we are looking for an additional Veterinary Administrator to work alongside our existing team members. You will need to have the confidence, empathy and experience to maintain our high standards of care and personal touch that we expect for our clients. This will be a varied role, splitting time between reception and admin tasks. You will greet clients, take calls, handle financial transactions, dispense medication and assist in the day to day running of the veterinary practice.
Experience of working within a veterinary practice would be an advantage, but full training will be given and support will be ongoing. The successful candidate will be an extremely good communicator, flexible, and a team player. We work in a busy, demanding and sometimes challenging environment, which makes this role interesting and extremely rewarding.
We are open to either a full time or two part time roles, with shifts which fall within our opening hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm. Saturday’s morning cover is shared on a rota basis working 08:30-13:00 (currently 1 in 5).
