During this exciting period of growth for the practice, we are seeking a candidate who will play a pivotal role in the expansion to the team, working alongside the existing Admin Manager. You will lead a vibrant team, ensuring our bustling reception area runs seamlessly. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday. Flexibility for covering sickness and holidays is essential, which may include a Saturday.

Key Accountabilities:

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and management of the team.
Coordination: Organise rotas and coordinate the reception team.
1-on-1 Meetings: Conduct monthly individual meetings with team members.
Customer Service: Ensure every client experiences high-quality service.
Recruitment & Training: Manage the hiring and training of new staff.
Hands-On Duties: Welcome and assist clients, handle inquiries, process payments, and liaise with vets as needed.
Feedback Management: Address client and staff feedback appropriately and sensitively.
Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the clinical team and management for cohesive operations.
Reporting: Compile monthly reports for the Senior Management Team.
Team Meetings: Lead team meetings biweekly.
Appraisals: Conduct yearly appraisals.

Skills and Experience:

Previous management experience is desirable. Salary is dependent on experience.

Job Details:

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,500 - £31,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday cover when required
