COVID UPDATE 

In light of last night's government announcement, we wanted to provide some clarity to our clients about how we envisage providing veterinary services in the coming weeks.

For now, if you have an appointment then please assume it is going ahead unless we contact you to confirm otherwise.
We are waiting for guidance from our governing bodies but until that guidance arrives, we intend to continue providing the best service we can, as safely as we can.
Unfortunately, we do need to postpone some routine appointments until we hear from our governing bodies. These include;
• 6-month health checks
• Most prescription checks
• Parasite checks

Should any booked appointment need to be changed due to the new government guidance, we will be in touch with those clients affected individually.
If you have any concerns about your animal, we are here for you. Please call us as normal and we will organise appropriate treatment.

Our contactless food and medication collection will continue in exactly the same way as it has been for the past 6 months. You can order via the website https://stbonifacevets.co.uk/content/medicine-request or over the phone. Once your order has been dispensed a member of the team will call you to take payment over the phone, we can then arrange collection.
