The Company: St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is a friendly independent practice in Crediton, Mid Devon. With a large team of vets which has evolved over 65 years. Our aim is to provide a high standard of care with professionalism and approachability. At St Boniface we keep up to date with the latest clinical treatments.

We have separate farm and small animal/equine veterinary teams, supported by dedicated admin staff, allowing vets to be completely focused on their own areas but within a diverse practice. The core of our farm work is with progressive dairy farmers, with enough beef and sheep clients to add variety.

The Location: St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is based in Crediton, Mid Devon. With occasional travel to our Branch, close to public transportation, café/restaurants and local services.

Reason for role and the team: Experienced Farm Veterinary Surgeon required to join current team of 6 experienced farm vets, due to expanding workload. St Boniface Veterinary clinic is a mixed practice but with a separate farm team, our work is predominantly dairy based. We are members of XL vets.  CPD and individual interests actively encouraged, including CertAVPs and DBR. Dedicated farm admin team and 3 ATT’s/Vet techs allowing vets to concentrate on clinical work.

The majority of the team have further qualifications and working towards these is encouraged. Our vets run discussion groups as well as regular farm skills courses. The practice offers advanced breeding services for cattle, including flushing/embryo transfer and DFR. 

The Position: We’re looking for an experienced farm vet.
