Sadie and Deanna assist Clare and the equine team for all appointments at Wolfgar Farm; so we thought it would be a great opportunity for you to hear more about them and their wonderful horses.

Sadie owns Rowan, a 10 year old Welsh Section D.

He is a cheeky character!  They enjoy hacking around the Devon countryside, and also enjoy competing.  Last year they took part in their first British Eventing (BE90) events and are hoping to do more this coming season. 

Sadie particularly enjoys assisting with radiography and lameness work ups, where Clare gets her running up and down - Luckily she is a keen runner!!

Deanna - or Dee as she is often known - owns Allegra, a Warmblood mare who is a bit of a diva!

Dee and Allegra enjoy a variety of disciplines, but their favourite is eventing.  Dee and Allegra currently compete at BE90 level and are looking to move up to BE100 in 2018.  They also enjoy Dressage and Showjumping and have taken part in Riding Club Team events.  Alongside this, they enjoy hacking around Devon, Dartmoor being one of their favourites!

Before working at St Boniface, Dee worked at a large Sports Horse Stud for 5 years, where she undertook two NVQs in horse management and breeding, as well as managing a busy yard of ridden horses, broodmares and young stock.  Dee has a particular interest in breeding and reproduction of horses, as well as imaging and endoscopy.
