Monday, 8 December 2014 - 11:54am

ST BONIFACE Vets in Crediton has expanded and Wolfgar Vets of Cheriton Bishop and Tedburn St Mary is now part of the practice.

Everyone at St Boniface Vets is delighted to welcome new staff to the team and are looking forward to getting to know new clients and their animals.

Tony Kemmish, practice principal, said: “We understand that dedicated staff underpin a good veterinary practice; traditional values and a passion for excellent patient care are fundamentals shared by all of us.  “Most importantly, we are a family-run business striving to provide modern veterinary medicine at a fair price.

“Vets Clare and Katie, are an invaluable addition to our dedicated equine, small animal and farm animal teams. We are also looking forward to Hugh getting stuck in and pointing us in the right direction, once he’s back on track.

“Nurses Katie and Alex, are teaming up with our four nurses and our animal nursing assistant, to take care of our surgical and hospitalised patients, both big (at our Cheriton Bishop equine and large animal unit) and small (at our Crediton surgery).

“Ellen and Phillippa, join our friendly team of receptionists and support staff.”

From a practical point of view, the Wolfgar practice telephone number and email address will continue as before.
Appointments are available in Crediton all day, Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings, and the practice will also continue to see patients at the Tedburn surgery, too.

Both large and small animal clients will be able to collect medicines from Wolfgar Farm, Tedburn St Mary and Crediton, by arrangement. After hours, telephone calls will be diverted to the vet on call and not a call centre.

St Boniface Vets has roots in Mid Devon, going back more than 80 years and the practice is incredibly proud of its staff and facilities.
