Due to the recent government announcement on Saturday we want to keep all of our clients updated during these unprecedented times regarding our Lifetime Care Club plans.
Due to this, and with also following guidance from our governing bodies, collection of flea and worming treatment will not be classed as an essential journey. Therefore, we have arranged to dispense all flea and wormer which will be due in both November and December to ensure your pets receive their continued preventative health treatments.
We will be sending text messages later today to all clients who are due treatment during the next two months asking for you to come and collect. Please do not call or arrive before receiving this message as the treatments will not be ready.

Due to the sheer volume of treatment this will entail we are temporarily going to open the front reception door at the front of the building in order for you to come in and collect the medication. The reception door will be open between 6pm and 8pm Tuesday (3rd Nov) Evening and from 7.30am and 8pm Wednesday (4th Nov). Please only arrive if you get a text message as the medication is going to be ready and handed to you in a socially distanced manner.
